The Blog Spot
January 17, 2008 - This is a fine spot to blog; and you are invited to add your two cents worth in this area (or, if you wish, you may also comment in any of the other subjects on this site). Just click on "Comment" and blog away.
Each day I wake up I proclaim my favorite saying: Today is really the first day of the rest of my life!!! Be thankful and make use of this day and each day hereafter.
This week I was examined at Sanford Clinic and given a cat scan and a bronchoscopy test. These tests were given because of my shortness of breath, and also xrays had detected some scar tissue on my lungs. Dr. Ashraf Elshami did the testing on Tuesday, and I was very impressed with him. I did not experience any pain or after effects from having that tube inserted into my throat.
Today he reported quite favorably, so I am very thankful.

I would hope that you would be willing to add your name at the end, or give some indication of who you might be. Then you won't keep me guessing. Thanks.
Wow!! It's already April 7th, but it doesn't seem so spring-like yet. The weather has been cold; we've still been getting some snow. But the robins have returned and have been around for several weeks.
For almost two months now I have not been feeling up to par -- a cold with coughing, sneezing, runny nose, and various other aches and pains. Today may be the day that things start to improve once again (I hope!!)
It's been a long, cold winter, with record snowfalls. Have been homebound most of the time since before Christmas. Haven't got as much done as I would have liked. I did, however, complete a 1000-piece jigsaw puzzle yesterday. I don't believe I care to do another, as it's very time consuming.
